Our Process  Our Web Design Process We work directly with you to create a website that represents you What do you want it to do?  The function of a website is one of the first things that we want to identify.  Your  site can act like a static brochure or even a simple enhanced business card.  It can  act as a news release medium.  It can allow you a platform to display your abilities  and to establish credibility.  It can sell your product or service.  We help you identify your site’s purpose With only a few seconds to capture the attention of a website visitor, you want your  site to look good.  You don’t want to just look like everyone else, but you do want  to be in style and current.  Do you have established “branding”?  If so, we will work to build a site that flows  with the image of that branding, using elements of it where we can, and sticking  with a color scheme that matches or compliments it.  We also work well with your  marketing company to make sure that your look is consistent from paper to web.  If you don’t  have an established look already, we can help you create one - it’s an  important part of any business.   We help you create your site’s look by listening to what you want and merging that with what’s appropriate for your industry. What is it going to look like?  One of the great benefits of a website over traditional marketing is the ability to  track its usage.  Every site that we build has Google analytics code attached to it.  Analytics gives you a graphical view of the traffic that has come to your site.  It  tells you what pages were visited, how your site was linked to, and even the cities  that your visitors have come from.  Google Analytics is a standard feature for all of our websites. How do I know if its working?  We use many different methods to put together a site.  When we initially meet with  a prospective client and evaluate the needs of the project, we determine the best  technology to deploy to accomplish their goals.  For designing graphics, we use  Xara Designer Pro.  For coding HTML and CSS, we use Microsoft Expression Web. If  you need a Blog, we’ll use Wordpress.org with a custom template integrated into  your site and if you need a Content Management System (CMS), where you can  edit your own content, we’ll work with Joomla!  We use the tools necessary to build the appropriate website for your business.
